Delete your Kairo account
You can delete your Kairo account and its data at any time, from the app or from the website.
How to delete your account
In the Kairo app or at kairohq.io, open Settings, choose Delete account, enter your password and confirm.

Your profile, your poker data (hands, studies, sessions, trips, ranges and shares) and your personal data (trackers, check-ins, notes, plans, conversations, lab results, photos, files and what Kairo has learned about you).
Links you have shared stop working as soon as you ask. Once deletion is complete, a shared hand shows “This hand was removed by its owner”.
Kairo’s access to Oura and Strava is revoked.
Comments you left on other people’s shared hands stay in their conversations, with your name replaced by [deleted].
When it happens
Deletion is scheduled 7 days after you ask. During those 7 days your account is locked and your links are paused; sign in and choose Cancel deletion to keep everything. After 7 days your data is permanently deleted and we email you a confirmation.
What we keep
Only a record that a deletion was requested and completed, with counts of what was removed. It contains no personal data.
